It’s simple, you send us a text message with what you have in mind, and we’ll send you a text message back with all the ingredients for a delicious meal. That means you can use any mobile phone and, most importantly, it will always be free. Yep, no matter how many recipes you request, we still won’t charge you. What we would love instead is to hear your feedback on how to improve our system, so feel free to contact us with any suggestion you have in mind.

  • Open a new text message, type cook followed by the ingredients you have in mind (or you remember are left in your fridge) and send to 83333**;

  • You will receive a text message with a delicious suggestion for a dish containing what you asked for*** and all the ingredients you need. Depending on the recipe, we’ll send you more than one text at no additional cost.
  • Simultaneously, you will receive the whole recipe, including preparation instructions, in your registered email.

    The preparation instructions can be sent to any email address of your choice. Registering your email is simple, just follow the instructions in our first text message to you. Alternatively, you can also read the recipe here in our website; they are all free to consult anytime you want. We have hundreds of recipes you can retrieve via text messaging, just send us what you have in mind.
